Join us for a performance of Rumi's poetry, on his 800th birthday, Sunday April 27, featuring bestselling poet Coleman Barks, Grammy-winning musicians Paul Winter and Glen Velez, and Poet Laureates Lisa Starr and Marjory Wentworth. Proceeds to benefit Connecticut Food Bank.
Or perform your own poetry. Come into Atticus Bookstore Cafe and Chabaso Bakery store Fridays in April and read a poem aloud for a free Chabaso ciabatta. At Atticus, you can even write your poetry on the walls!
