Children of all ages will have two special opportunities to celebrate poetry at Atticus Bookstore Café in April. The first event, April 10, is for school children (already full, sorry). The second event, Saturday, April 19, is open to the public -- so bring them kids out!

APRIL 19, 10 a.m.
A special mystery guest will read magical, amazing and silly poems to all children who show up. Free milk and cookies to be served!

APRIL 10, 10 a.m.
Students from New Haven School System’s Comprehensive Arts program to attend a poetry workshop helmed by poet and playwright Aaron Jafferis (shown, at right). Learn more about Aaron Jafferis.
